FIELD: rolling mills with multiroll grooved pass for making shapes of hard-to-form metals and alloys. SUBSTANCE: multistand rolling mill, for example three-stand rolling mill includes foundation supporting removable cartridges. First (according to rolling direction) stand with four drive rolls is mounted in removable cartridge. Stands including two drive rolls and two idle rolls are mounted in pairs in cartridge. Axes of rolls of said stands are turned relative to axes of rolls of above mentioned stand by angle equal to 45 degrees. Stand has drive unit including electric motor, cone delivery gearbox and four reducers two of which are joined with drive rolls of stand and two others with less gear ratio are also joined with drive rolls of stand. Stand is provided with driven roller guide in the form of pulling rollers. Stands are provided with non-driven roller guide in the form of idle rollers. Said guides are placed in axial cavities of respective cone delivery gearboxes. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, high quality of rolled hard-to-form metals, lowered energy consumption of equipment. 9 dwg _
