SUBSTANCE: invention relates to 3'-desdimethylamino-9-oxyimino-macrolides of the formula (I):

wherein R represents hydrogen atom or methyl; both R₁ and R₂ represent hydrogen atom or they form in common a chemical bond; R₃ represents hydrogen atom or linear or branched (C₁-C₅)-allyl group or the following chain of the formula: wherein A represents hydrogen atom or phenyl group, or saturated or unsaturated 5- or 6-membered heterocycle comprising from 1 to 3 heteroatoms taken among nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur atom and optionally substituted with one or two substitutes taken among (C₁-C₅)-alkyl groups or phenyl groups; X and Y are similar or different and represent oxygen atom (O) or NR₄ wherein R4

means hydrogen atom, linear or branched (C₁-C₅)-alkyl group, benzyloxycarbonyl group; r means a whole number from 1 to 6; m means a whole number from 1 to 8; n means a whole number from 0 to 2; and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts with exception of the following compounds: 3'-desdimethylamino-3',4'-dehydroerythromycin A oxime and 3'-desdimethylamino-3',4'-dehydroerythromycin A 9-O-methyloxime. Also, invention relates to pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of the formula (I) eliciting an anti-inflammatory effect, to applying 3'-desdimethylamino-3',4'-dehydroerythromycin A oxime as an anti-inflammatory agent. Invention provides preparing anti-inflammatory agents.
