FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes vodka containing the following components, kg per 1000 dal of ready product: fructose, 3.0-5.0; glucose, 0.9-2.0; succinic acid, 0.01-0.1; sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.05-0.2, and shizandra fruits alcoholized infusion of the first and second blend, or shizandra dry extract "Relikt", 0.5-1.5 l; vegetable extract "Absolut ASM 665" of "REYNAUDαFILS" firm (France) dissolved in vodka or ethyl alcohol in the ratio 1:10, 1.0-3.0 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength of vodka 40%. Vodka provides enhancing organoleptic indices (tasting score is 9.62) and nutrient value of the ready product by conferring to vodka mild taste and barely detected aroma of scalded bread on background of vodka aroma.
EFFECT: improved and enhanced value of vodka.
