SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for capacitive ultrasonic transducer cell creation. Summary of invention is in fact, that preliminary pressed-in cell of capacitive transducer, produced by micro processing, includes substrate having first electrode, membrane containing second electrode, external area, in which membrane is secured on substrate, internal area located inside external area or surrounded by it, wherein membrane is pressed to substrate in first pressed ring-shaped area located in internal area; and wherein cell has first conversion region arranged inside of first pressed ring shaped area or surrounded by it, and second conversion area, arranged outside of first pressed ring shaped area or surrounding it.

EFFECT: technical result is enabling possibility of improving cell conversion efficiency.
