FIELD: petroleum and gas industries.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of petroleum and gas industries and may be used, in particular, for monitoring and correction of a state of the production equipment in a starting-up and adjustment period at a gas-transmission pipeline and during its operation. The task of the invention is to ensure an increase of accuracy of quantification of an overflowed product through a closed shutting-off fixture on a pipeline. The method provides, that a fixed volume of a tracer is in a pulsed way introduced in a pipeline from the side of the greater pressure in front of the shutting-off fixture. Then behind the shutting-off fixture take a sample of the product from the pipeline, measure by an analyzer concentration of the tracer in the sample and determine an amount of an overflowed product. The invention also provides, that in the place of the tracer introduction into the pipeline at the moment of its introduction they measure the pressure and temperature of the product in the pipeline as well as the pressure and temperature of environment. After introduction of the tracer into the pipeline they register a value of a signal of the analyzer taking as a start of a cycle of gauging of the tracer concentration the moment of stabilization of the permanent value of the signal and as an end of the cycle of gauging - the moment, when the signal value begins to decrease. The amount of the overflowed product is determine by formula: where: Kp=Vtrac/Ptrac/prod - factor of correction of volume of the tracer (Vtracm3) depending on pressure in the pipeline at the moment and in the place of introduction of the tracer (Ptrac/prodkgf/cm2); C0 - an initial concentration of the tracer (vol. %); Cx- concentrating of the tracer in a product during gauging (vol. %); that - total value of concentration of the tracer for a period from a cycle of the start of the analyzer signal gauging (τ0) up to the end of the cycle of gauging (τ),(vol.%).
EFFECT: the invention ensures an increase of accuracy of quantification of an overflowed product through a closed shutting-off fixture at a pipeline.
