SUBSTANCE: after 20 wk of pregnancy one should detect the content of circulating immune complex of myelin basic protein with immunoglobulins of G class due to immunoenzymatic assay in blood serum and at its value being above0.5 mcg/ml it is possible to predict high possibility for eclampsia development. The method enables to evaluate the risk for eclampsia development more objectively and in due time.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of prediction.
