FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used for early prediction of pre-eclampsia in patients at risk for developing pregnancy complications. Method includes the study of the blood serum of women at 12–13 weeks of pregnancy by ELISA. Levels of biochemical markers ADAM12 and RBP4 are determined, and at RBP4 levels of more than 87.90 mcg/ml and ADAM 12 of more than 2.33 ng/ml, the development of moderate preeclampsia is predicted in the third trimester of pregnancy.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the accuracy and simplicity of forecasting the development of pre-eclampsia, which allows timely initiation of therapeutic and prophylactic measures aimed at reducing the frequency of preeclampsia.
