FIELD: metal forming.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with metal forming, in particular with manufacture of materials for production of vibroinsulators, gaskets, filters, pressure pulsation dampers or railway and motor transport, road-building devices. The offered method of manufacture of the elastic-porous non-woven wire material is realized with usage of a central technological rod, providing for a coiling of a wire spiral, laying of an extended wire spiral in a rug, formation of a billet and consequent pressing in the press mould. Coiling of a wire spiral is exercised around of a central body shaped as a polyhedron. The rug is formed by a step-by-step laying of one or several layers of the extended wire spiral, a zigzag laying of a reinforcing harness formed by a slanting strand of a multiconductor bunches of the extended wire spirals. At that apexes of each zig are laying on a periphery of the width of the rug, and a step of the bead forming is equal to a step of the threading rings needles, around which the billet is formed. Then they lay one or several layers of the extended wire spiral, and the apexes of the zigs are hooked by the needles of the threading rings. The technical result of the invention - improved damping properties and tensile strength of the material.
