FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building for food industry, in particular, to poultry carcass treatment devices and can be used in poultry processing industry in poultry processing lines. Device for processing poultry carcasses comprises bedplate (1), mounted on frame shaft (4), upper end of which is installed on bearings of slide (19), and lower end is equipped with half-coupling, connected with fixed base (20) of bedplate (1) rolling bearings or sliding, support bearing (26) and locking pin (28), drive cams (5, 6, 7) installed on the shaft, drive sprocket (3) and discs (8, 9, 10, 11) interconnected by working elements (12, 13, 13). Drive sprocket (3) is mounted on bedplate (1), upper end of shaft is installed in drive sprocket (3) on plain bearings (19), and lower end ("B") of shaft (4) is equipped with helm (21) rotating about axis of shaft (4), hub (25) of which is connected by means of threaded connection ("G") to external surface of base (20) installed on axis (27) of bedplate (1) on combined bearing (26) of rolling or sliding and fixed relative to bedplate (1) with finger (28) limiting movement of base (20) with shaft (4) in vertical and around vertical axis (27) of foundation. Lower end ("B") of shaft (4) is shaped, splined or keyed and is connected to inner surface of base (20).

EFFECT: higher quality of operation of the device when processing batch of poultry carcasses, differing in length, low labor input and loss of product during processing.
