FIELD: transport machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machine building and concerns design of means of preventing unauthorized access to vehicle compartments. Lock actuator locking device comprises fixed coil of electromagnet 2 located in housing 1 and movably installed cartridge 3 with recess 4 on inner surface, sleeve 5 arranged in cartridge 3 with at least one radial through hole 6, as well as locking element 7 located in sleeve 5 with possibility of movement under action of electromagnet 2 and equipped with recess 8 on outer surface. In hole 6 of sleeve 5 with possibility of movement into cage 4 of cartridge 3 and recess 8 of locking element 7 there is fixing element 9 made mainly in the form of a ball or in form of a cylinder with rounded ends. Sleeve 5 is equipped at its ends with two permanent magnets 19, 20, wherein locking element 7 is made with possibility of alternate interaction with permanent magnets 19, 20 at change of polarity of inclusion of electromagnet coil 2. When interacting with first magnet 19, recess 8 of locking element 7 is located opposite hole 6 of sleeve 5, and in interaction with second magnet 20 recess 8 of locking element 7 is removed from hole 6 of sleeve 5, but blocking element 7 is located opposite hole 6 of sleeve 5.
