FIELD: sugar industry.
SUBSTANCE: process is characterized by that by comprising preliming and liming of diffusion juice. Diffusion juice is first subjected to saturation I and filtration. Filtered first-saturation juice is limed and subjected to saturation I followed by separation of sediment suspension from second-saturation juice. Suspension is then activated by adding calcium hydroxide and subsequent simultaneous action of hydrodynamic cavitation and disintegration. Activated second-saturation juice sediment suspension is then mixed with initial (before preliming) diffusion juice.
EFFECT: enhanced refinement efficiency.
