FIELD: plating processes and equipment, possibly manufacture of metallic substrates cemented with corrosion-proof coating featured with resistance against oxidation and fatigue strength.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of anodizing metallic substrate in electrolyte on base of phosphoric acid; placing substrate into acidic solution containing 3 - chrome but having no 6- chrome for applying coating. Anodized metallic substrate with coating may be joined with similar anodized metallic substrate with coating in order to make composition article.
EFFECT: enhanced corrosion proofness, improved strength of adhesive joint at operation in aqueous medium and at elevated temperature.
