FIELD: means for fastening ropes or cables.
SUBSTANCE: monoblock member has several corner sectors arranged around the cylindrical passage and interconnected through clamps abutting against the passage. Each of the clamps is mounted in the bottom part of the corresponding radial slot between the adjacent sectors. Each clamp has the side facing the corresponding slot. One part of the side is inclined with respect to the direction perpendicular to the radial plane of the slot. The method of manufacturing the member includes forming the cylindrical passage in the monoblock member and making cuts in the radial planes in the monoblock member to provide radial slots which space the corner sectors of the member.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of clamping.
