FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: clamp consists of cases (1) closed with covers (2, 3), of wedges (4, 5) with devices (16, 17) for their preliminary tension and of rods (11, 12) connected to insulating suspension of line via journals (9). Devices (16, 17) are made as "П"-shaped structure with a horizontal plate equipped with openings and two vertical rods with ends tapered at angle α=30°-88° relative to vertical straight line; stop plates, entering slots of lower wedge (5), are secured to the vertical rods. Chutes of wedges are made along radius R of depth H=(0.18÷0.31)dst max at height h=(0.62÷0.72)H from the base of the chute with transition of radius R into a straight line connecting two points: one on radius R at height h and another on horizontal straight line limiting end part of wedges; or radius R at height h of chutes of wedges (4, 5) is made along tangent drawn to radius R at angle γ=32°÷45°. Wedges ends are rounded along radius R1=(3÷4)dst max on length L1=(0.18÷0.25)R1 with transition to radius r1 on end and a bell at outlet with radius Rbell=R+1 mm.
EFFECT: increased reliability of operation and simplification of assembly.
