SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of introducing filler into tube cavity; bending tube by drawing it along bending and additional rollers; extracting filler; using as filler rope introduced in tube at constant contact of its surface with inner surface of tube; using shaped rollers as bending rollers; using one shaped roller as forcing roller and spring-loading other shaped roller.
EFFECT: enhanced quality, accurate geometry size of tube due to absence of inner stresses.
