FIELD: hydraulic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic works designed for passing fish spawners through retaining facilities to places of spawning and fattening. Hydraulic resistance lengthwise fish conduit is formed by means of cross partitions installed along conduit and secured on cross guides at different height marks in depth marks in depth of current and made flexible of elastic material, and delivery of working water into fish conduit to create conditions for passing of fish into upper pond and attraction on fish to inlet of fish pass and subsequent changing of position of partition of partitions relative to fish conduit. Cross partitions form system of swim-in holes creating maximum hydraulic resistance to current passing through fish conduit. Lower partitions in direction of current are installed opposite to swim-in holes formed by upper partitions, thus changing paths of fish movement and total value of hydraulic resistance created by system of partitions.
EFFECT: provision of effective movement of fish to side of upper pond by regulating hydraulic resistance lengthwise fish conduit.
