FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has vertical cylindrical canal produced in trochanteric portion and upper part of the diaphysis. The canal has rectangular slit on the lateral surface where neck member base is arranged as gear segment on rounded end corresponding to slit width having neck base rotation axis mounted in its walls. Cylindrical worm is mounted in cylindrical canal along pedicle axis in perpendicular to neck rotation axis. It has tail of square cross-section protruding above the trochanteric part through opening in cover closing the cylindrical canal. The worm makes worm gearing with the neck base.
EFFECT: provided optimum neck-to-diaphysis angle; improved biomechanical parameters; enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
