FIELD: automation of a flotation process at concentration mills.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with automation of a flotation process and may be used for an automatic control over a foam layer depth and a level of a mash in the chambers of flotation machines at the ore concentration mills. The technical result of the invention is an increased reliability and decreased cost price. For this purpose the device contains: a block of the isolated contacts; two voltage control devices; two comparators; two time-interval counters, the output signals of which control the foam layer depth and the level of the pulp in the chamber of the flotation machine; a collector contact; a loading resistor. It is follow-up supplied with the counter with the decoder unit, an electronic key with a bounding resistor connected to the negative power supply, a two-input logical And gate, an analog storage device and the detector of a peak signal N inputs of which are connected to N outputs of the counter with the decoder unit, and N inputs of the detector of a peak signal are connected to N contacts of the unit of contacts. At that N+1-st output of the counter with the decoder unit is connected to a control input of the key, which output is connected to the collector contact, and the last (out of N) output of the counter with the decoder unit is connected to a control input of the analog storage device, input of which is connected to the voltage set-point devices and its input is connected to the loading resistor. At that the integrated inputs of comparators are connected to the loading resistor and the second inputs of the comparators are connected to the voltage set-point devices. To an output of one of the comparators an connected is connected, which output signal controls the level of the pulp at outlet, and outputs of the both comparators are connected to inputs of the logical unit and, output signal of which corresponds to the foam layer depth.

EFFECT: the invention ensures increased reliability and decreased cost price.
