FIELD: even infrared heating of glass and-or a glass ceramics.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method and a device for an even heating of translucent and-or transparent glass and-or a glass ceramic with the help of infrared radiation. The method provides, that glass and-or a glass ceramic is exposed to heat treatment within the range of temperatures of 20-3000°С, in particular, 20-1705°С. The invention is peculiar by the fact, that the heating is conducted with the help of a share of the infrared spectrum of radiation directly influencing on a glass and-or a glass ceramic, as well as with the help of shares of the infrared radiation rendering indirect effect on the glass and-or a glass ceramic. At that the share of the IR radiation rendering indirect effect on glass and-or a glass ceramic, makes more than 50 % of all radiated power. The technical effect of the invention is even heating of glass and a glass ceramic.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the even heating of glass and glass ceramics.
