FIELD: production of component parts out of glass ceramics or glass.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with a method of production of glass ceramic component parts by means of formation out of the glass ceramic billets and-or glass billets`. The invention is remarkable for the fact, that the method of forming is realized at application of a short-wave infrared radiation with the color temperature exceeding 1500°C. One part of the radiation renders an immediate effect on the billet and the other part renders indirect effect. The share of the radiation rendering indirect effect makes more than 50 % of a total power of radiation. The technical result of the invention ensures increased quality of a produced billet.
