SUBSTANCE: system is designed to pass fluid medium between first working position and second working position, for instance, far from bank. Device contains winch operated to provide constant tension and designed for mounting at first working position. Cable to be stretched between two working positions is wound on said winch. Winch is adapted to maintain cable constantly taut. Stowage support is designed for arrangement of rigid members of pipelines hinge interconnected by articulated joint sections in suspended state at first working position. Joint sections are provided with elbow pipes and rotary butt joints for changing from storage position in which sections of pipeline are suspended in accordion-like position on stowage support into developed position between working positions by suspending from cable. Devices are provided for coupling sections of articulated joint with stowage support or suspension cable stretched between two working positions n taut state.
EFFECT: reliable conveyance of medium from extractive floating platform to vessel.
