FIELD: oil and chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: gate valve has housing made of two interconnected members. Each housing member receives spring-loaded seats provided with sealing members. The disk slide valve provided with through port is interposed between the seat for permitting rotation. The port receives changeable control member. The changeable control member is made of the valve chamber for permitting movement in the axial direction at a distance which does not exceed the space between the housing members and disk slide valve. The sealing members are fit with interference in the shaped grooves provided in the faces of seats.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability and expanded functional capabilities.
