FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: valve consists of two semi-bodies. In the left semi-body there is a cylindrical cavity with a disc gate placed at the axis and made as a half-disc with radial protrusion with process cavity formed in it. Toothed ring is made as a sector and installed in the process cavity so that it may cover the radial protrusion. The disc gate is installed in the cylindrical cavity forming a chamber with inner surface of cylindrical cavity in the semi-body. A gear wheel is mounted at the shaft forming a kinematic link with the toothed ring offset from the vertical axis per its radius and a gap available between the gear wheel ring and inner surface of cylindrical cavity in the left semi-body. In bore cavities of the semi-bodies there are spring-supported saddles. The gear shaft is mounted outside limits of the semi-body and is equipped with a handle; at that when this handle is rotated teeth of the gear wheel interact with the matching teeth of the toothed ring.
EFFECT: potential closure and adjustment of processes of the formation fluid extraction and transportation.
