FIELD: drying boards; wood-working industry; manufacture of boards, furniture, houses.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes forming the pile where boards are laid at preset clearance between board edges within 0.5-0.8 of width of board; each subsequent upper layer of pile overlaps said clearance of previous layer; end faces of boards are treated with aqueous emulsion possessing adhesion with greed wood; boards are blown from end face of pile directing the air flow from forced ventilation system to longitudinal passages between board edges.
EFFECT: high rate of drying; reduction of drying time by two times as compared with standard methods.
