FIELD: canned food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves selecting raw material; cleaning and washing raw material; separating fat; packing and sterilizing. Fat separating stage involves superhigh frequency processing, during which fat is released and protein is coagulated. Method allows canned food to be produced, which is similar to traditional natural canned food obtained from frozen fish liver but having lower part of fat fraction.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of product.
