FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for preparation of sterilised laminaria preserves involves washing, milling, mixing with vegetable oil and spices, packing into consumer containers and sterilisation; preliminarily one prepares a composition based on vegetable oil whereto one adds seal fat at a ratio of 2:1-1.5:1, respectively, and CO2-extract of dill in an amount of 0.1% of the composition weight; the composition is introduced in an amount of 3-7% of the laminaria weight; the consumer container is represented by jars made of "Lamister"-type material or a Doy-pack bag with a bottom; sterilisation is performed by way of the product heating at a temperature of 100°C during 10 minutes with subsequent maintenance at a temperature of 110-120°C during 10-60 minutes; then the product is cooled during 40 minutes till the temperature inside the product is equal to 30°C.
EFFECT: method allows to obtain a laminaria-based food product with increased biological value in a convenient consumer container.
