FIELD: grinding, homogenizing and mixing equipment for dispersion materials.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing made in the form of vertically oriented vessel mounted on frame. Vessel is divided by perforated diaphragms into cylindrical chambers and is fixed on supporting platform hung from flexible binders and connected with drive having eccentrics and balancing weights. Lower part of vessel is connected by means of flexible tension members with frame binders. Apparatus is further provided with charging and discharge devices furnished with flexible pipelines, and milling bodies made in the form of disks having diameter making 0.025-0.8 the inner diameter of cylindrical chambers and thickness making 0.05-0.2 the diameter of disks. Diameter of diaphragm openings is 0.2-0.8 the diameter of smaller disks in chamber arranged above diaphragm.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in processing of dispersion materials and liquids.
