SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing prophylactic dietary additive based upon water-melon oil. It, additionally, contains vitamin D and aminoacetic acid at the following ratio of components per 1 kg oil: vitamin D 155 mcg, aminoacetic acid 0.2 g. This innovation enables to obtain an additive of higher biological value, prolonged storage terms being of anticancerogenic and antioxidizing action.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
