SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry. Flavour spice consists of one component (at least one liquid fatty oil) and additional component (at least one liquid extract obtained by processing of vegetable dry milled material by liquified gases. Main component is in the fluid state at 20°C and atmosphere pressure and has density 0.908-0.934 g/sm3. Additional components is in the fluid state at 20°C and atmosphere pressure and has density 0.85-1.08 g/sm3.
EFFECT: invention allows to create flavour species in liquid state; it allows for consumer effectively form his own taste and quality food characteristics and exercise medical and preventive effect o his body while cooking everyday dished independently on volume and readiness state.
