FIELD: vegetable raw technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method for preparing pectin preparation that involves milling and mixing sunflower heads and citrus husks taken in the mass ratio from 1:9 to 9:1, hydrolysis-extraction of mixture, separation of a liquid phase and isolation of the end product from its. Hydrolysis-extraction is carried out successively in direct current and in countercurrent with intermediate squeezing and by using water as an extractant at the stage of countercurrent process. Acid is used as addition agent at the stage of direct current process wherein acid is added to extract separated after countercurrent stage. The end product is isolated from a liquid phase separated after direct current stage of process.
