FIELD: biotechnology, biochemistry, pharmacy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to enzymatic separation of enantiomeric mixture to yield antiviral compounds. Method involves dispersing enantiomeric mixture of compound of the formula (I) given in the invention description in the concentration 1-25% in system of organic solvents to form an organic component. Then an aqueous component is prepared and contacted its with organic component. As result, a biphase non-homogenous system is obtained wherein enzyme hydrolase is dispersed. Hydrolase can be dispersed in organic or aqueous component also. In realization the method conditions that provides the separation of enantiomeric mixture for non-racemic ester of the formula (I) and non-racemic alcohol of the formula (II) given in the invention description are created. Invention provides enhancing effectiveness in conversion process of hydrophobic substrates and reducing enzyme consumption that results to reducing cost of antiviral medicinal agents.
EFFECT: improved preparing method.
