FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: one of the methods for determination of enantiomeric excess of chiral compounds involves luminescence spectrum measurement of the tested samples, and luminescence spectrum measurement for samples with known enantiomeric composition, comparison of the obtained results, and plotting of correlations between luminescence intensity and enantiomeric excess. The second method for determination of enantiomeric excess of chiral compounds also involves doping of the tested samples with low concentration luminescent probes, and doping of chiral compounds with known enantiomeric composition with the same luminescent probes of the same concentration.

EFFECT: method for determination of enantiomeric excess of chiral compounds, not requiring secondary asymmetric reagents and polarisation determination.
