FIELD: construction of gas-oil pipe-lines, applicable in other branches of industry.
SUBSTANCE: the simplicity of realization of the method is attained by the fact that a cord shaped charge is put on the structure in such a way that it would be pressed to its surface by a force, and the ends would join without any clearance, then the longer section of the cord shaped charge is cut off, the sticked facing sheet is removed from it and tightly put with the inner side on the cord shaped charge installed beforehand, the projecting ends are located in alignment with respect to each other, fixed, the detonator is connected, and the explosive device is blown up. At cutting of the pipe-line the cord shaped charge tightly envelops it around the edges, and the charge ends join each other without any clearance. Depending on the conditions of burst the electric detonator is connected either perpendicularly to the side surface of the cord shaped charge, or in parallel with its axis, or the projecting ends of the longer section of the cord shaped charge are symmetrically folded with respect to each other, fixed, and electric detonators are connected to each end.
EFFECT: reduced labor content, enhanced efficiency and safety engineering.
