FIELD: oil-producing industry; gas-producing industry; petrochemical industry; other industries; devices for purification of the hydrocarbon liquid medium from the dissolved gases.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the installations used for removal of the dissolved gases from the liquids and may be used in the oil-producing industry, gas-producing industry and the petrochemical industry, in particular, for removal of the hydrogen sulfide and carbon monoxides from the petroleum in the processes of preparation of the hydrogen sulfide-containing oils in the oil-fields. The installation contains the feeding pipeline with the hermetically fixed multinozzle head, the main of withdrawal of the gaseous impurities and the withdrawal pipeline for the purified liquid medium with the hydraulic lock. The hydraulic lock is formed by the cylindrical channel mounted in the tank. The main of withdrawal of the gaseous impurities is supplied with the fitting pipe transiting along the axis of the feeding pipeline through the multinozzle head and above the multinozzle head and connected with the body, which embraces the feeding pipeline connected to the body by means of the filter. The fitting pipe from below is equipped with the funnel disposed below the filter and above the level of the purified liquid medium. The lower part of the body is connected to the upper part of the tank by the annular channel equipped with the internal leaky annular partitions, which are mounted on the interior and on exterior walls of the annular channel in turn. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of the installation operation at the expense of the additional separation of the hydrocarbon liquid medium after degassing of the hydrocarbon liquid medium in the supersonic flow of the two-phase mixture, the simple design of the installation.
