FIELD: utilization of worn tires and other industrial rubber goods.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of utilization of worn tires and other industrial rubber goods. The offered method of processing of worn tires provides for their preliminary comminution with consequent feeding of the comminuted mass into a screw pump carrying a head with spinnerets. In the screw pump the mass is exposed to heating up to 550°C in the spinnerets zone. Through the spinnerets the mass under pressure is tangentially fed into the upper part of the reactor with its conveyance to the lower part of the reactor along the screw launder located inside the reactor. The mass during its conveyance is exposed to action of restoration gases for pyrolysis of the mass. In the capacity of restoration gases thee use the gaseous petroleum products produced by the reactor as a result of pyrolysis of the mass with their consequent withdrawal and feeding tangentially into the lower part of the reactor under an excessive pressure and at the temperature of 550-800°C and with their mass ratio of (0.1-0.2): 1. The rest part of the gaseous petroleum formed in the reactor is fed in the capacity of fuel to a steam-power aggregate for production of the electric power or for further processing into a liquid fuel. The solid residue formed in the result of the mass processing is treated in the lower part of the reactor located beneath a zone of delivery of restoration gases by overheated steam with the temperature of 200-250°C and their mass ratio of the steam to solid residue equal to 1:1 with the following collection of the treated solid residue in the air cooled bin for its separation for factions. The air cooling the bin is fed into the steam power aggregate. Produced factions of the solid residue are fed for the consequent processing. The method is pollution-free and simplifies the treatment process, reduces power inputs, improves quality of produced products.
EFFECT: the method simplifies the treatment process, decreases power inputs, improve quality of produced products.
