FIELD: transport engineering; automobiles.
SUBSTANCE: proposed integral steering mechanism contains case with piston 2 arranged between spaces 3 and 4 communicating with working liquid pressure source by distribution. Screw shaft 6 of distributor is connected with piston 2 by ball-and-worm drive 7. Said screw shaft is provided with roller thrust bearings 8 and 9 as end face supports. Rotor 19 with cam fitted in cavity is installed inside screw shaft 8 on cylindrical antifriction bearings. Said cavity is made in shaft 6 at its end face in contact with bearing 9. rotor 19 is coupled with shaft 6 by torsion bar found in shaft 6 inside its through axial hole and connected by pins with shaft 6 and rotor 19. Pin connecting rotor 19 with torsion bar is arranged in space between said cylindrical antifriction bearings.
EFFECT: simplified design, improved reliability of steering mechanism.
