FIELD: laser detecting and ranging; quantum electronics.
SUBSTANCE: radiation after being reflected from object is received and amplified by means of high-sensitive quantum amplifier, active quantum filter. Irradiation is divided to partial light fluxes which fluxes are delayed in time. Each light flux is subject to dynamic time filtration by means of specially formed strobing signal. Mutual-correlation functions among first and subsequent partial light fluxes are formed. Laser detecting and ranging system allows to watch remote small-sized objects, it provides high resolution and extremely high quantum sensitivity.
EFFECT: prolonged range of operation; increased precision of finding coordinates of watched object.
