SUBSTANCE: method involves treating patient with color and sound action carrying out physical training exercises. Physical training is used as the physical training exercises. Voluminous acoustic signal is sent to a person doing physical training exercises as a sequence of natural musical scale, each interval sounding for 1-2 s and color signal combined with acoustic bandwidth of 440 to 2734 Hz as red light signal, acoustic bandwidth area of 2734 to 9192 Hz as green light signal and acoustic bandwidth area of 9192 to 10445 Hz as blue light signal. Shaping exercise are applied as physical training. Color signal is represented on display as concentric rings pattern which radii are in inverse proportionality to frequency components of acoustic signal spectrum. Acoustic signal is formed is formed according to relationship M=440xN1/3 Hz, where M is the natural musical scale interval.
