FIELD: building materials, in particular fire-retardant materials.
SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains (mass %): acrylate dispersion 11.0-33.0; pentaerythritol 1.8-21.8; titanium dioxide 0.2-5.0; melamine 3.7-22.0; ammonium polyphosphate 13.5-33.5; additionally ethylene glycol 0.2-10.0; glycerol as flame retardant 0.2-3.0; cellulose ester 0.1-5.0; plasticizer 1.0-3.5; and balance: water. Composition of present invention is useful in fire-retardant coats for cables of industrial, civil, and atomic energy objects, etc.
EFFECT: increased fire-retardant efficiency, reduced smoke-forming ability, and combustion product toxicity.
