FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: procedure for production of heat protecting coating of pipeline including metal pipe and pipe joints consists in application of heat insulation, and in hydro-insulation, also, on metal surface of pipe in pipeline there is formed thin layer monolith-seamless structure of heat-protecting coating. By the method of aerosol scattering at high pressure (up to 12.0 MPa) there is applied a thin layer (0.38-2.0 mm) of liquid heat insulating composition on metal surface of the pipe. Further, not earlier, than in 30 minutes at high pressure (as high, as 12.5 MPa) there is applied a hydro-insulating (covering) layer (1.5-2.5 mm) of liquid elastomer at its continuous heating to +80°C.
EFFECT: raised heat insulating, hydro-insulating properties, corrosion resistance of heat protecting coating of pipeline at simultaneous simplification of process at fabrication of heat protecting coating, reduced material expenditures and reduced labour input of operations.
