FIELD: measuring engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing which receives rotor with blades and three same separating rollers. The rotor and rollers are kinematically interconnected through a gear transmission. The rollers have spaces which receive rotor blades. To return the fluid to the site of supplying, the main and additional separating chambers are provided between the rollers and inner side of the housing. When fluid flows, the separating roller mounted at the outlet copies the movements of the roller at the site of fluid supply. The number of revolution indicates the flow rate.

EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measuring.
