SUBSTANCE: proposed method involves use of electrolyte as well as anode and cathode contacting the latter; additional electrode in placed in electrolyte between abode and cathode and control voltage is applied to electrolyte to vary its ionic conductance and electric current carried by generator load.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of method.
