FIELD: measuring engineering.
SUBSTANCE: flow rate is determined permanently with taking into account the fluid level and mean velocity of current. The level is measured with the use of a rotatable lever spherical buoy, which is submerged into the fluid at a level of less than the radius of the sphere. The current velocity is measured with the rotatable blade whose one end is connected with the axle of the vertical rotation, and the other end is freely submerged into the fluid. The sensor for measuring the angle of rotation of the buoy is made of an ADXL microcircuit and is secured to the lever of the buoy. The sensor for measuring the rotation angle of the blade is made of the microcircuit of the same type and is secured to the blade.
