FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises measurement of pulp flow rate and height. Pulp flow rate is defined by rpm of hollow measuring wheel composed of a suspended float driven by adhesion of its shaped surface with pulp flow upper ply. Proposed device comprises computer, flow rate meter and level gage. Said flow rate meter is composed of a hollow measuring wheel. Wheel spinning axle is fitted in sleeves arranged at wishbone lever lower end, water feed nozzles being arranged at said lever. Upper end of said lever is provided with horizontal baffle plate. Measuring wheel spinning axle is engaged with pulse transducer impeller. Said wishbone lever is secured with the help of parallelogram mechanism with fixed L-like post.
EFFECT: higher reliability and accuracy of measurements.
