FIELD: calibration of radiometric installations.
SUBSTANCE: 210Pb is extracted out lead chromate from reindeer moss ashes. 210Pb is stood till accumulation of 210Po to achieve the level being sufficient to conduct α-radiometry. Specific activity of 210Po in control specimen is found from result of β-radiometry of 210Pb.
EFFECT: simplified control specimen.
