FIELD: press and die forging; production of shaped thin-wall sheaths for cable laying.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has C-shaped perforated section whose sides carry circular locking grips and are provided with inner bosses; they have rectilinear lengths joined on circular depression and on inner side they bear circular bosses; device also has parallel sides and rectilinear sections and fillets; flexible ends of sides have sag h; bottom of C-shaped section has circular transitions and rectangular sections; device also has slots. Device strength is enhanced without increasing thickness of sheathing material, sheath flexibility being effectively used for enhancing pliability of statically enclosed locking transition with opposing and asymmetric disposition of shaped geometry section. Proposed geometry of device enables space-saving installation and wiring of large number of conductors in industrial shops and subsurface conduits.
EFFECT: improved mechanical design and reduced mass of structure; enhanced safety of expensive equipment and communication facilities.
