FIELD: press-forging and stamping plant; manufacture of shaped thin-walled cabling trays.
SUBSTANCE: proposed cabling tray incorporates perforated S-shaped section whose lateral end has at least two pairs of through slots per each end to receive and lock groups of separate cables; at least one row of slots are made relative to symmetry axis on tray bottom which are alternating with rows of cylindrical holes disposed at lateral sides of cabling tray; slots are disposed in projections and are alternating in staggered manner; interrupted parts of slots and round depression are formed at definite length of cabling tray; projections are coupled through radial transitions; tops are made in the form of locking parts provided with straight sections and radial transitions; metal sheath thickness meets requirements to strength of box-shaped section enclosed surface relative to top. Novelty is selection of most optimal geometry of tray enabling cable laying in industrial shops and subsurface conduits to ensure safety for expensive equipment and communication facilities.
EFFECT: improved design and reduced cost of cabling tray.
