FIELD: apiculture, in particular, swarming facilitating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: automatic swarm catcher is configured as rectangular parallelepiped having rear wall manufactured from Haneman's grid formed as vertically oriented catch. Rectangular hanger located under swarm catcher ceiling is fixed by means of caprone thread extending through ceiling and secured on bar rod for fixing of vertical catch. Stamped-out protrusion is provided above each hanger corner. Bees encountering bee queen form swarm under swarm catcher ceiling on hanger. Since hanger and bar are connected in tension by means of caprone thread, vertical catch is released from bar upon lowering of hanger under the weight of swarming bees to fall onto swarm catcher bottom.
EFFECT: improved watching of cluster and simplified bee keeper labor.
