FIELD: data transfer systems.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method and device are designed to display coded TFCI characters for transmission over physical channel in CDMA mobile communication system. First and second coded TFCI characters are multiplexed so as to uniformly distribute them in compliance with mode of frame data transmission and speed, coded character output, and multiplexed coded character display in frame adhering to number of coded characters that can be displayed in one frame defined according to frame data transfer mode and speed. Proposed device has at least one coder for coding first TFCI bits at first coding speed to output first coded TFCI characters and for coding second TFCI bits at second coding speed to output second coded TFCI characters; coded character linkage editor for multiplexing coded characters so as to provide for uniform distribution of mentioned first and second TFCI characters in compliance with data frame transmission mode and speed for outputting mentioned multiplexed coded characters.

EFFECT: provision for displaying coded characters for sending them over physical channel in mobile code-division multiple access communication system.
