SUBSTANCE: method involves extracting alkaloids with saturated water at pressure above atmospheric pressure; periodically relieving pressure to atmospheric pressure value; extracting with aqueous alkaline solution and separating protein by isoelectric settling process.
EFFECT: reduced process time owing to intensified extraction process.
